Get Familiar with Biz Connect Changes

Some things are the same. Some will work a little differently. We know you’ll love working with the new platform once you see everything you’ll be able to do. Here’s a handy reference to guide you through the changes.

First-Time Login

For your first login to Biz Connect, you will need your current Organization ID (referred to as Company ID in Biz Connect), your current User ID, and the temporary password that was mailed to you three weeks prior to your transition date.

Login Security

Challenge questions and use of a One-Time Passcode (OTP) protect your accounts and data. They confirm your identity if we detect use of a new device, failed login attempts, or other suspicious behavior.

Quicken, QuickBooks, and Mint

Critical actions need to be taken prior to transition to avoid losing data.


You will need to re-enroll and set up your alerts in the new platform to take advantage of the many new options and customizations.

Automatic Transfers & Card Payments

You will need to reschedule your automatic and future-dated transfers

New and Enhanced Functionality

Mobile App

Full system functionality through the app includes ACH and wire approvals. You can download the app from the iOS App Store or Google Play.

User Administration

Administrators have the ability to add users, reset passwords, and update user access privileges.

Transaction History

At the time of transition, you will have a minimum of 90 days of transaction history, and then will be able to build history up to 13 months.

Same Functionality

The following functions and workflows are essentially unchanged in the new platform.

Positive Pay

There will be no changes to Positive Pay in the new system. You will be able to access Positive Pay from the Reports tab on the new platform.

Bill Pay

There will be no changes to Bill Pay in the new system. You will be able to access Bill Pay from the Payments and Transfers tab on the new platform.


All current statements will be available. There is no need to re-enroll if currently enrolled in Online Statements.

Will Positive Pay change?
No, Positive Pay will not be affected and you will not need to do anything in Positive Pay to prepare for the transition.

Will the alerts I currently have set up transfer to Biz Connect?
No, you will need to re-enroll in alerts. There are more alerts available in the new system and they are more customizable with multiple ways of receiving them – text and email.
